Bikaner Brew Cafe — AI Customer Assistant
Bikaner Brew Cafe is a demo project, not a paying client — built to show exactly how a small food business could automate the conversations that currently interrupt staff all day: what's on the menu, what time you close, whether a table is free tonight. A visitor messages in a WhatsApp-style interface, the assistant answers from the cafe's real menu and hours, and anything that needs a human — a booking, a large order — gets written straight to a spreadsheet the owner already checks.
Problem
Cafes and small restaurants answer the same handful of questions dozens of times a day — menu, hours, availability — usually by pulling a staff member away from the counter or the kitchen.
Solution
An AI assistant sits in front of WhatsApp-style chat, answers from the business's own menu and FAQ information, and hands off structured booking or order details to Google Sheets, so the owner sees exactly what came in without checking a chat app all day.
